Donna McCaleb

Donna is the Chief Financial Officer and owner/partner for Noland Sales Corporation.

While in high school, Ms. McCaleb started working for her family’s small floor covering business with 10 employees. Based on her father’s philosophy of the importance of gaining knowledge through experience, she spent more than 38 years doing everything.
From Girl Friday, she elevated to Warehouse Support; which included measuring, cutting and loading carpet into trucks, to Showroom Manager, Sales, Human Resources, AR & AP,IT, and most recently with her being an Owner and CFO of one of the largest commercial flooring companies in the Chicagoland area. She has helped grow the business from $1million to $23 million in sales. Today, Noland Sales employs more than 80 staff members.

Donna also applied her father’s philosophy to her personal life, traveling extensively throughout the world. She has enjoyed such countries as Spain, Brazil, Portugal, Australia, Italy, Ireland, Mexico, and much of the United States. Taking in the culture, history, vistas and sights of each place, her favorite aspect of travel is always the people.
