Tina Marfoe

Tina is a proud alumna of Northwestern College with her degrees in Secretarial Administration and Executive Accounting.

Tina began her career at NC shortly after becoming a student when she was approached by her instructor to become a student worker.  She worked evenings as a receptionist in the Admissions Department and Business Office.

After graduating in 1992, she was offered a position in the Student Services Department.  Throughout her 30 years at Northwestern College, she has held many roles which included:  Executive Assistant to the Academic Dean, Student Services Coordinator, Director of Student Services, Records Clerk, Assistant Registrar, and finally landing in her current position as the Registrar.

She enjoys helping students, faculty, and staff.  She is often referred to as having a “wealth of NC knowledge”.  She works closely with all the Program Leaders and the Chief Academic Officer to ensure policies and processes are followed.  She also serves on the Chief Academic Officer’s Council.

Graduation is her favorite time of year.  Nothing compares to seeing a student who you met on day one walk across the stage and receive their diploma.  To receive that thank you from a student who you helped reach their goals, is amazing.

Tina is a mother to one amazing adult daughter and one incredible dog, Mickey.   In her spare time, she enjoys reading, crafting, and watching home improvement shows.  She loves traveling to her home away for home – Walt Disney World.
